 "My connection to Florence began long before I became Mayor. 

This community is where I built my career, raised my family, volunteered,  and spent decades working to make our community a better place to call home.

Leadership Is More Than Showing Up

Being present matters. A Mayor should be accessible, listen to residents and understand their concerns. 

But Leadership also means turning those conversations into action-bringing people together, making difficult decisions and delivering results.

From Coffee with the Mayor to neighborhood and community events, Julie believes the best decisions begin with hearing directly form the people who call Florence home.
